Symmetry = Stress in Balance 

Many of us experience different forms of stress througout our days, weeks, months, and even years. The ways in which we choose to respond or our inclination of response will transfer that stress into making it work for us or against us. When we realize that it is within our capacity to recognize, reflect, and then respond to each and everything that occurs in our life, then we have chosen to live life with stress in check and ultimately live life in balance.

Please utilize my experience both in education in a course HW410 and illustration in these passages as they apply to you. Please apply to your own life that which works and don't think too heavily upon those areas which might not apply. I wrote this over an eight week period during which my sister had been murdered, I learned first hand what stress in balance is supposed to be.  I used techniques of meditation, prayer, deep breathing, and journaling. Theory is one thing but application in practice is where theory comes to life. My journey continues onward towards healing and these techniques strengthen me spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
